New Zealand Delivery – Tracked & Insured
FREE delivery (on orders over $50, otherwise $4.95 anywhere in NZ incl. rural)
We currently use couriers within New Zealand for fast and efficient delivery right to your door. Your parcel will be delivered by a signed for delivery courier, regardless of your location within NZ. Rural deliveries included.
For orders under $50 the courier cost is a fixed rate of $4.95. Delivery time is usually next day but sometimes can take 2-3 working days depending on where you are located. As your order size increases, Uberyarn will cover any additional courier costs for larger packages.
For any order over $50, shipping is FREE.
International Delivery – Tracked & Insured
$20 NZD to Australia or $30 NZD to rest of the world*
(Approx. 21 USD, 16 Pounds, 28 Canadian, 20 Australian depending on exchange rate.)
We dispatch via quick international air mail with PO tracking. A flat rate of $20 NZD to Australia or $30 NZD, for up to 1kg to any other country globally. Most packages arrive within 3 – 10 working days depending on destination.
* There may be a small incremental charge if your parcel is over 1kg, which is about 20x balls of yarn (50g balls). If this is the case, someone from our team will contact you before your order is finalised.

Out of stock products
If you come across any items you would like to order, which are currently out of stock or low in stock, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected]. We are usually able to get new stock for any of our products within a few days. The South African stock (African Expressions) is around a 2 week waiting time.
