We love our knitting products and beautiful yarn and we hope you do too.
We want to be sure that you have the best possible experience when shopping with us at Uberyarn. Therefore, if there is anything you are not satisfied with or if there is anything wrong with your order, you are able to return it to us within thirty days and we will issue you a quick refund.
Please contact us before sending any product back to us, to discuss the reasons you are returning it. We will then advise you where to send your returned items and how to ship it to us.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
If you are returning the goods for other reasons, then you must return new and unused products within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only, but you will be liable for the costs of shipping the goods to us and we unfortunately cannot refund original postage costs.
